Castle Cadillac McHenry Hosts Cars & Cuts Back-to-School Event

As kids start going back to school, Castle Cadillac McHenry wanted to help local students prepare for the classroom and feel ready for the year ahead. That led to the Cars & Cuts event on August 12th, where students were invited to receive a brand new backpack filled with school supplies like notebooks, paper, pens, pencils, markers, and glue. Students could also receive a free haircut from one of the stylists from Cost Cutters of McHenry.

The event brought together McHenry families for a day focused on back-to-school preparation. Students left with new backpacks, school supplies, and fresh haircuts as they got ready to return to the classroom.

Castle Cadillac McHenry’s Involvement

Hosted at Castle Cadillac McHenry, Cars & Cuts brought members of the Castle McHenry dealerships together to support local students and families. The event featured tables set up for four stylists from Cost Cutters of McHenry along with a display of backpacks ready for local students. The room was decorated with a back-to-school theme to help bring the event together.

Outside the dealership, Snowie Ice provided free dirty sodas, lemonade, and shaved ice for students and families to enjoy throughout the day.

The Castle Cadillac McHenry team spent the event meeting local families, helping with activities, and connecting with people from McHenry and surrounding areas. Students showed off their fresh haircuts throughout the day, while families shared positive feedback about the event and the experience.
