They charged me $229.95 to diagnose a problem that was plainly listed on the dashboard. Then they tried charging me $1720.29 for a part that I found online for $69.30. THE SAME PART! DO You think I'll be seeing them any time soon? I don't.

The worst part at most dealerships is the aggressive nature of some of the salesmen. But everyone here was nice and everything they promised me on the phone call, was absolutely what they offered. High quality customer service is rare these days. Ashley was amazing and informative throughout the entire process when my car had several major repairs. She was above and beyond helpful and easy to work with and reach when I had questions. Overall the staff was great, their efforts sold me on their organization and I will be buying my next n vehicle from Castle strictly because I love the quality service they offer.

I brought a 2024 xt4 2024 couple of months ago , 18,000 miles ,however I driving it started to rain , and my windshield wipers was making a clicking noise, I immediately called and the customer service team , said come on up and we will check it out. Now I have to pay for them, Now I understand this is a use car , However this is something that should have been changed before I brought the car , Upset customer
I found "Cadillac Jerry" through an amazing TikTok he made featuring a new Escalade IQ color combo. 3 days later, I had the 2026 IQ of my dreams financed, on a truck, and ready for delivery to Montana. I will use Jerry for my future purchases, and strongly recommend you do too. He was prompt, succinct, and provided direct & straight forward communication throughout the entire process. I brought my car to Castle, Mchenry because I needed an oil change and my back wiper wasn’t working. Lloyd communicated with me quickly, my wiper was repaired and I was charged fairly for the time it took to fix the issue. I have always found Castle to be extremely professional and honest.
